KONG Qingjiang is a professor of law at China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) and Dean of the School of International Law, CUPL. He has published more than 50 articles with international journals. His latest publication includes: ISDS Reform in the Context of China’s IIAs (co-authored with Chen Kaiyuan), ICSID Review-Foreign Investment Law Journal, 2022; Will China Redefine International Trade Norms?(co-authored with Li Chen), Asian Journal of WTO & International Health Law and Policy, Vol. 16 No. 2 September 2021. He is a member of the International Law Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, and serves as Vice President of the China Society of International Economic Law, and An Chen Chair of International Economic Law. He teaches International Economic law, International investment Law, International Law on Intellectual Property Rights and related subjects, and etc. He holds a PhD from Wuhan University.
